I am a teacher at ‘Productdesign’, I teach ergonomics and I coach students in their design projects and master research.

I am a researcher in E-co2 and Art/Object & Design research groups
I am also conducting a PhD research at the Technical University Delft.
E-co2
E-co2 is a multidisciplinary (design, technology & communication) and multi- academic (KHLim, KUL, PHL & UH) research team. E-co2 is conducting research in new ecologic and economic means of transport. The goals are: emission free mobility and encouraging a users’’ mentality shift from using conventional mobility to environmentally friendly mobility.
PhD research Question
Do design tools , designed to increase the quality of design –through measuring the users’ quality criteria – , increase the quality of design?
Former Research
At CARA , BIVV , I co-operated in European researches on assessment-tools for fitness to drive on physical, cognitive and psychical level; developing driving simulators which can be used to teach driving,…
At the PHL , I worked in the research team in the MS research group, studying the effect of certain treatments (functionality training occupational therapy physical therapy…) on the MS-patients Quality of life on one hand and developing assessment tools for Qauality of life on the other hand.
