Do user centred design tools, increase the users’ experience positively?
There is a gap between designers & users: products often are hard to use or don’t meet the users’ needs and expectations or… The goal of this PhD research is: to make an inventory of user centred design tools which: increase the users’ experience positively, fulfil the quality criteria of designers and are classified by type of designer. And hopefully this will affect the users’ experience of future products.
