80 km local materials and techniques
The area of 80 kilometres around the student is the action radius for research into sustainability concepts and applications, using materials and techniques that can be found within this area. The project was a part of project: Sustainability at School for REcentre.
REcentre is the motor for a variety of projects in collaboration with teachers and design students from: St. Luc Liège – ABK Maastricht – Gut Rosenberg Aachen – Provinciale Hogeschool Limburg Dpt. Arts & Architecture – KHLim Media & Design Academie. These design schools have been collaborating on 3 different themes: 80 km, mulitfunctionality and water.
